6,500 sq. ft custom built home - completely remodeled in 2019 with new carpet & flooring, paint, fixtures, stainless steal appliances, granite countertops, large walk-in closets, 30,000 gallon salt H2O heated pool, fire pit, 2 covered decks with gas grill & ping pong table, finished walkout basement w/wet bar, movie theater (8' x 5' custom screen) & couch (seats 12), 8 foot indoor basketball goal (garage), adjustable 60" Goaliath basketball goal outside, and trampoline with security net.

Summary: Ronnie went above and beyond to make sure our group enjoyed our first visit to Louisville for Derby weekend. House comfortably slept 8 - huge backyard with heated pool, fire pit, outdoor TV, and BBQ. Amazing stay!
